    For Advertisers Who Pay AD Fees 100% up front, you are eligible to submit courses for consideration on our SHOP. Once your advertising fees are recouped in full from sales of the course, the course will then be changed to an 80/20 split (80% to the Advertiser, 20% to Ethos for ongoing promotion and site costs, paid out monthly by the 15th of the following month. Advertiser must promote the course as well. Courses, workshops and CEUs are subject to approval, and must not directly conflict for current active educational modules.)
